01 Introduction & Consent

Ku6 (ku6.pro) is an international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ku6 and its users. These Terms apply to every visit, registration, deposit, gaming activity, and withdrawal on the platform.

02 Account Register

To register on ku6, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited.

The following requirements must be met when registering an account under our terms and conditions:

• Each person may only open one account — creating a second account using the same name, mobile number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. Report any unauthorized access to our support team immediately.
• Transferring or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Ku6 may initiate a KYC (identity verification) process at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawals being temporarily suspended.

03 Deposits & Payments

The ku6 platform currently accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Always use the correct payment reference when making a deposit — an incorrect reference may delay the credit to your account.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5-15 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Depositing using another person's payment method is prohibited. We monitor every transaction to prevent money laundering.
• Ku6 reserves the right to decline deposits under certain circumstances without additional verification.
• Deposit fees: ku6 currently does not charge any deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

04 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on ku6 are simple and fast. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 minutes. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If you have an active bonus, the wagering requirements must be met before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if any suspicious activity is detected.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000 — any amount above this will be processed on the next business day.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Ku6 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which are outlined in the offer details. General bonus rules are listed below:

• Every bonus comes with wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available once per user only — any attempt to claim it repeatedly by creating new accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Winnings earned from a bonus are added to the bonus balance and can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Ku6 reserves the right to suspend or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is detected — including bonus hunting, arbitrage, or similar practices — the full bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Separate terms apply to VIP cashback and other ongoing promotions.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on ku6 operate in accordance with international standards. It is each player's responsibility to comply with the gaming Terms and Conditions. Please pay particular attention to the following:

• The outcome of every game is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is entirely random and cannot be predicted.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the wager will be settled automatically in accordance with the system rules.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, ku6 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the gaming software or systems is strictly prohibited.
• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is fixed according to the standards set by the game provider.

07 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the ku6 platform in order to maintain a fair environment. Violations of these Terms may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance:
